However, in the unlikely event of your product being damaged or items missing upon receipt, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days and include your order number and "damaged" or "missing" in the subject line. Once confirmed, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure you receive a replacement or refund for the damaged or missing items as soon as possible.
Please note: we may request photographic evidence to approve a damaged item claim.
Refunds will only be provided in the manner you used to place your order.
